Fun, upbeat, pop music is the soundtrack to a sport that fuses dance styles such as jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, aerobic dance and even yoga! The innovative choreography changes annually and is designed for maximum variety and fun.

Physie (also known as Physical Culture) is the perfect combination of movements designed to increase strength, fitness and flexibility. The benefits for your daughter are increased co-ordination, brain development and confidence.


Tiny Tots;

A class where imaginations run wild, our youngest members, skip, run, jump, twirl and wiggle the class away while learning the basic of dance. Rhythm, flexibility, strength, and of course lots and lots of FUN!!!



Juniors 5 -12 years

Physie combines many dance genres into the one fun filled syllabus, we don't always get to dance every dance style each and every class, but we do try to always combine a mix of styles into every lesson, so it is full of variety, energy and lots of fun.


Senior girls 13-1st years (16)

Seniors girls 17+

As well as the core of physie such as jazz, aerobics and ballet, the senior syllabus introduces entertaining and challenging hip-hop, contemporary and theatrical routines.Our seniors train at an elite level toward individual and team competitions at state and national levels. These classes are also perfect for dancers looking to continue their passion! 


Ladies

Suitable for ladies of all ages and all levels of experience. Whether you have done physie for many years, returning after a break or have never done any form of dance before, this class is for you! The Ladies Syllabus has a stronger focus on exercise routines to music. The ladies have a wonderful social time too!
